Refund and Cancellation Policy
ExpeFi is digital SaaS access. There is no physical shipping, delivery carrier, or return process.
Digital delivery
Paid access is delivered digitally after a successful Stripe Checkout session. There are no shipping fees, physical returns, or physical delivery timelines.
Cancel anytime
Subscriptions renew according to the billing period shown during checkout until canceled. You may cancel through the billing portal or by contacting [email protected]. Canceling stops future renewal charges, and access remains available through the paid period unless stated otherwise in the app.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable and not prorated. We will review refunds for duplicate charges, billing errors, legally required refunds, or other exceptional cases approved by ExpeFi.
Disputes
If something looks wrong on a charge, contact [email protected] with the account email and receipt or invoice ID before opening a dispute so we can investigate quickly.
No physical returns
ExpeFi sells digital software access, not physical goods. There is no return shipping address, return label, product exchange, or physical restocking process.
