ExpeFi sells digital expense, budget, bill, bank-sync, and export software. It does not sell physical goods and does not provide tax, legal, accounting, credit, payment, or banking advice.

Billing and refunds

Include your account email and any Stripe receipt, invoice, checkout, or portal reference.

Bank sync

Include the institution name, approximate sync time, and visible error message. ExpeFi support will not ask for bank passwords.

Google Sheets

Include the connection code status, sync range, and whether masked mode was enabled.

Privacy requests

Use the same support email for deletion, export, or privacy questions tied to your account.

Sensitive details

Please do not send bank passwords, full account numbers, card numbers, CVV/security codes, tax IDs, government IDs, or other secrets in support emails. A short description, visible error text, and approximate timing are usually enough to investigate.
